April 30, 2026Overall, I'm very disappointed in my experience living here. Since Greystar was taking over the building, I though that over time things would improve but the building is in constant disrepair with mold, flooding, outdated appliances, and broken elevators which makes the quality of life poor. The water gets shut off and the fire alarms go off several times a month because they use quick fixes rather than investing in replacements and preventative maintenance. The location in downtown is great but ...I just can't deal with all of these issues not being addressed.Property Manager Responded

Worst leasing staff and poor maintenance
April 28, 2026I am a resident here. The elevators won’t work properly. Also the water supply to the building is inconsistent, sometimes they gonna turn off the water supply and then inform the residents about the water shut off. Also they scammed me by charging 150 dollar for trash.they inform you the timing for the trash pick up and they will not remove it, later they gonna charge residents fine for keeping the trash after the specified time. If they picked it up on time then there will be no trash ...outside.also the leasing office people will not give option to opt out from trash service so they can charge residents the maintenance money and fine for their fault.Property Manager Responded

Good apartments
September 28, 2025The apartment is old, and they are doing some pretty hardcore renovations to it. Absolutely HORRIBLE! Rats, mice, roaches, SQUATTERS & mold
June 4, 2024ZERO STARS I cannot put into words how horrible this place is and the management is even worse. Building is NOT secure, squatters living in empty units because the doors are broke. There was a fire in March and the hallways were flooded. They haven’t even bothered to clean up the mold, trash and nails after they took the carpet out of the halls. Didn’t have heat for over a month, AC doesnt work, maintenance closes requests without even checking, HOWEVER, the other day they came in without ...knocking, I was home and he just walked in. I didn’t have a maintenance request in and it also said not to enter if I wasn’t home, zero 24 hour notice. Management is horrible, they don’t respond.
