September 7, 2025My girls and I have been saying "we're happy, " since we moved in. The trees that create a canopy on the street, to the pools, the apartment is perfectly located, upgraded, and cozy. Quite neighborhood, and we love walking to the surrounding restaurants. I know I made the right choice moving to LYV at Six Fork's.Property Manager Responded

August 4, 2025It is taking long times for some maintenance request. The office staff is ok.I wish they would do updates to old apartments. It takes an act of god to get something painted.Property Manager Responded
