December 29, 2023The staff, with the exception of the maintenance team, has unfortunately exhibited unprofessional and unfriendly behavior. Upon moving in, I encountered cleanliness issues within the apartments, and an alarming bug infestation has posed a persistent problem. I am look forward to moving out.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t rent please avoid
April 18, 2023I wouldn't recommend renting at this property. I stayed here for over a year and found them to be very unprofessional. After I moved out, they charged me an extra month claiming that I forgot to return the key. I informed them that I lost the key and the unit was cleaned, yet they still charged me. Additionally, there was a roach problem in the unit that I noticed within a day of moving in. It's better to rent somewhere else because they will threaten you with collections to pay an invalid ...amount. They also stop answering calls and lack empathy. Overall, they are rude and difficult to work with.Property Manager Responded

September 29, 2017We lived here for 1.5 years. Overall, very pleasant experience. When we moved in, rent was pretty affordable for a 1 Bed-1 Bath 650 sqft. unit with older appliances, compared to other places in the Plano area. The prices have gone up since then and as they replace old appliances with new ones, the rent seems to be increasing for new leases. Each unit comes with built-in garage (big plus!), office staff were always friendly and helpful.
