Great on-site management!
February 4, 2024I have lived at La Costa for five years. We've been through a couple of management changes, for better and worse, but since Roxanne and Janet came on-board, things have been terrific. They were able to rapidly solve a ledger issue, and have been friendly and polite throughout. This is a really responsive management team. poor service
May 19, 2021Listed as available when not. I specified my move in day because I need to move quickly yet this place decided that they would list it as available even though when you call they will tell you their soonest availability is in September. Seriously why lie?Property Manager Responded

New owner ruined this place
February 2, 2020We loved living here until the new owner bought it. He raised the rent significantly and lowered the quality of living (poor landscaping for example). New property manager is unfriendly and unprofessional.Review from Apartments.com
great place to live
May 8, 2018I lived here for 3 years and never had any issues. Any maintenance that was requested was always completed with 24 hours with permission to enter. Robin was always pleasant to speak with. Highly recommend this apartment complex. I only left due to personal reasons in my life, otherwise I never would have left. Quiet community and all the tennants are friendly. Kids play outside but it is not excessive noise. FIVE STARS.Review from Apartments.com
