January 20, 2022DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! There is so much structural damage that makes this apartment building so harmfully unsafe! The property management and owner have done nothing to address these issues! Even as there has been several complaints from several tenants! There are so many new cracks and breaks even within the last month that there needs to be a hefty inspection done and NOW! On top of the structural Damage there is so much bad mold that is deemed unsafe for anyone to be living in…once ...again no steps have been taken by management to have this issue taken care of! There are people with reoccurring health issues due to this mold! Save yourself the hassle people and DO NOT RENT HERE!
