Roaches and motel like atmosphere

After living there for two years, I just got my deposit back. I have lost more money in the fridge from the roach infestation and moving into my new place plus they took out of my deposit. I left the department in excellent condition, wash the carpets and still got charged for them. Charged me $500 for the paint, the paint was so cheap and peeling. You could see the multiple layers. You’re better off somewhere else than having your stuff invaded by cockroaches. Multiple units have more than one ...
family in there which make parking unavailable. Rather than arguing for my money back, I’d rather just stay away from that motel/roach infested place.

The maintenance staff great, the manager awesome guy seems to be alone there most of the time in his office property looks clean, has its areas that need work but his guys very accommodating and work all the time as my partner and I see them. My apartment looked great when I moved in
