AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH ROACHES AND LOUD NEIGHBORS

I don't know where to start - first and foremost, the day after I moved into the apartment, I found MAAAANY roaches from all the holes around the unit; kitchen, behind washer/dryer, front doors, bathrooms - they're just EVERYWHERE. I had the exterminator came twice but it didn't resolve the problem. I had to live in fear while living there - it was the absolute worst. I'm TRAUMATIZED. the unit itself is renovated with nice appliances (new kitchen, new w/d, new bathroom) - but the building itself ...

is a hundred years old - that's why the roaches basically has a castle there. and the walls are paper thin, I can hear my upstairs neighbor banging every single night, literally, and my next door neighbors' dogs barking all day, their TV, etc. worst part about everything was, my unit was facing the next door neighbor's unit, and guess what, there was a SCREAMING NEIGHBOR almost every single night that the property manager can't do anything about - I wasn't able to sleep peacefully, even the police came since it was obnoxiously loud and disturbing. upon move out, they charged me extra for the days I didn't stay.. I have so many things to say about this building, but AVOID AT ALL COST..... PLEASE, this was hardly the worst decision I've ever made. so glad I moved out.

IF ANYBODY CONSIDERING THIS APT PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO THERE. LIVING FIVE Month experience in the apt was the one of the worst inhuman experience I ever had. First, you can hear every sound from your surrounding neighbors. You can not have normal life. Second, they do not take care of maintenence. My dish washer was out of order from the first month I moved in and It has never been replaced or fixed. The lazy manager never work she just enjoy her free living No work at all. Third, the late fee ...

is 10% of your rent plus $50 fee. Insane. Forth, the manager took the cash from me as a kind of deposit and used for herself and returned it after 3 month. Her son was my son's school friend so I gave a cash for which was the my mistake. I learned my lesson. The company did not take any action or any apology for that. Even until the moving out date I has never been able to communicate with the company located in Beverly hills. I SENT SEVERAL email for commutation but no reply at all. FINALLY SECURITY is horrible. Anybody can get it and I lost my stuff inside the car. The trashes are all around which is embarrassing and dirty. There is nobody who take care of apartment. They do not take any responsibility. They just do not care as long as they get rent pay. Once you tie up with contract, afterthat they do not take care of the living condition. THE LIVING EXPERENCE WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. I gave up my deposit and I left the house in 5 month for me and my family's mental health. I
