I love living here, especially being close to the picnic area.where my son. The office team has been very kind and helpful, and they’ve given me great recommendations for places like restaurants and nail salons. Maintenance is quick and reliable, and we enjoy the resident events like the Easter celebration where my 5 yr old son met new friends.

My family and I recently moved here from another Apartment community in corpus, and we really enjoyed the change. We love spending time at the pool and I met some great people there, which has made it feel even more like home. My wife works remotely and really appreciates having access to the 24 Business Center and conference room. It’s been a huge convenience for us! Office ladies and Maintenance have been good with us as well.

We love living here! It's our paradise in retirement ..the aesthetics , the management , the beautiful sunsets and the pool area overlooking the bay .we love everything . My girlfriend and I moved here last summer and have had a really good time so far! We have enjoyed the great community functions the manager and her team put on for us. Our neighbors are cool. We haven't been able to use all the amenities except the gym and movie theater. Very helpful and nice. We have enjoyed our home here. Plan on staying another year.

My husband and I have recently retired and decided to move here from Virginia. We've been very pleased with our neighbors, the office team and maintenance.
One small issue with our microwave, but maintenance was out same day and took care of it. This is our fourth month here and we are really enjoying it!

I can’t say enough about this complex. This sadly is my last month here. Job related. Beth and her staff are EXTREMELY kind and welcoming. Maintenance crew is too notch! Any problems were fixed typically within hours. Last but not least, the pool! THE POOL! Oh how I’ll miss the pool and the view! I love the events they throw are so much fun and really bring the neighborhood together.

The stress of moving from another state for a job opportunity was high. The transition to find a home wasn't. My leasing consultant, Angela, answered all my questions and concerns immediately. The apartment complex is going downhill. The gates always break down and are consistently left open. Cars are constantly being stolen from right in front of your apartment! The buildings have issues with foundation. This place is horrible right now.
