On Tuesdays and Saturdays there is a food pantry next door with lots of needy and homeless people around the front of the building. There can be loud music playing by some tenants until midnight a few times per week. There can be loud people out front late at night.
The building is a remodeled grade school. The Apts have very large windows that go all the way to the ceiling which is nice. The kitchens and bathrooms are newer and the floor a very nice blonde narrow slat wood. The parking lot ...
and building are both secure. Maintenance is pretty good.
If the noise was no so loud, I would have given it at least 4 stars...maybe 5.
