The layout of the 2bd is beautiful. it is so spacious for my kids and I. I love the hardwood flooring. it said it came with a microwave but mine didn't have one, but that's ok (i got my own) it's very cozy!. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a home-like vibe.

First off let me say that Deb in the office, is awesome! She is so nice and always willing to help. I was looking for an apartment and everyone else I visited was so rude but not Deb. She made the process easy and she is very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend living here for sure. The floors plans are huge and recently updated. If you go make sure you ask for Debbie. You won't be disappointed.

Me gusta el lugar donde vivo. Pero vine a entregar mi money order de renta y me dicen que ya no aceptan money order y según la persona que me atendió mandaron carta que por supuesto NO recibí. Siempre tienen excusa para todo el mal trabajo que hacen y eso molesta.

Been having the worse experience living here. I've been looking into where I'll move to next for a while now so I cant wait for my lease to be up. I've heard about the remodels to the home but that doesnt fix the living experience you'll have here. Also if you have children I would not recommend those place to you. I've tried being neighborly and theres just too many sketchy people here. Service is terrible and it just feels completely unsafe here. People rob you often here and I have yet to see ...
cameras get installed around here. I've seen a security guard once but he'll spend most of his time on his phone up in the front where the office is. I could go on but please believe me when I tell you there are better more safe places to move to. I wouldn't even give this place a star.

The only thing I like about here is how the apartments look inside and feels like a small house. What I don’t like it the area I’ve had my car stolen twice from the parking spot and broken into the office people don’t care about your maintenance needs they will just send someone whenever they please and they come when you least expect it. They don’t give you a heads up whenever someone is going to come over. It took them 3 weeks to fix my garbage disposal which made it hard to wash dishes even ...
though I called almost everyday asking for someone to come. The people who work in the office don’t care about your needs you can straight up tell they have an I don’t care attitude and face. Overall bad idea to live here unless you don’t mind crappy service and getting robbed all the time.

!!Amazing Apartment!!

I have been living here for probably about 6 to 7 years started off in a one-bedroom currently in the two-bedroom. The office is always so friendly and happy. Neither my first or my second apartment ever had any roach problems but I am a clean person. They remodeled my apartment 2 years ago if i liked my unit before I love it now even more with the new stainless steel appliances, new air conditioner, single-level private patio and private parking how amazing I love it.

Don’t move here

I’ve been living here for about 3 years already with my parents and it’s the worst place to live in. The area is horrible and full of gangs and thieves. Most of my neighbors have had their place broken into, some multiple times. I’ve had my car broken into 3 times already. Their are also a lot of sketchy people walking around and riding bikes that don’t live here. They had a security guard for a while but I haven’t seen him anymore. He would just sit in front of the office and use his phone for a ...
few hours at night then leave. If you have a problem with maintenance it will most likely take around a month for them to actually do something. During summer time their is always scorpions and when we told the office about it they said they will have pest control take a look at it but never have. The only reason we stayed here was because it was right across from the school I was going to. If you do end up moving here I recommend you get some sort of self defense item and cameras to deter the thieves.

takes minimun two weeks to get anything fixed !!!!

I like my apt but when it comes to getting anything fixed it takes a minimum of two weeks followed by a couple voicemails ,and trips to their leasing office and emails . My ac went out and it took them 3 days to come fix it . i had to call multiple times and go to the leasing office a couple times to get someone to get a temp ac unit . With my daughter living with me that's unnacceptable .They are remodeling the apts right now and they are not providing enough time to pack . I got a 4 day notice, ...
and when i went to check if they had another apt available for us to stay they said i had to wait till my day comes and they would see if they had anything available if not i was able to stay at my apt but i cant be there between 8am to 4 pm , so where is my daughter supposed to go ? Where am i supposed to go to sleep ? im not happy how this is turning out . im paying rent for the whole month yet the remodeling is going to take about 3 weeks , am i going to get a discount and only pay for one week for that month ?

Remodeling
July 11, 2018
They supposedly started remodeling my apt but they are not gonna but new bath tubes in the 2 rooms i have they said they just gonna put paint over them, they are also not gonna change my floor when its ripped in the living room. Also theyre not gonna paint or put a different carpet in the rooms. But the worse thing is they leave the AC on , windows open and doors unlock when they lnow someone can come in and steal stuff because no one is in the apt while the remodeling.... i juat think its not ...
fair im not gonna get the same as other residents while we pay the same.

Excellent in all respects

I love at LaPamilla and moved in last March. This is an excellent property. Gardens are maintained and pruned. The Palm Trees are absolutely beautiful and maintenance is on time and effective. It's a privilege to live on these properties and a great rate even at Market rent. Additionally, the property is located within minutes of the AMC theatre, Macy's and the Cheesecake factory for a short car ride or a fast bus trip downtown. The value of this property is very reasonable in all respects. ...
