I moved in during an owner-ship transition and Greystar managed all the problems with efficiency, consideration and high quality work. Although our stay for the last year and a half has been sufficient, my biggest gripe has been with repairs to any issues relating to your unit. If you have A/C issues, find sufficient accommodations to your problems because it may take a week or two (maybe longer, we will see) in the middle of July for your issue to be resolved. After three to four times of communication on my end, I’ve yet to still receive any form of communication ...back.
