I moved to La Privada just about a year ago. I leased my apartment with Semar. Everyone at La Privada is and has been wonderful to work with. The grounds are always kept looking beautiful, and the office staff and maintenance people are amazing! I really enjoy living at La Privada!

I would not recommend La Privada to anyone right now as our apartment has experienced mulitple plumbing issues and nothing has been fixed for over a week. I even put in a request to replace a light bulb in the laundry room and that hasn't been taking care of since my request a couple weeks ago.

Although our stay for the last year and a half has been sufficient, my biggest gripe has been with repairs to any issues relating to your unit. If you have A/C issues, find sufficient accommodations to your problems because it may take a week or two (maybe longer, we will see) in the middle of July for your issue to be resolved.
