These are the WORST!!! apts Constant water shut off, they never fix the issue.. I left my apartment because it had a hole in the bathroom and another one in the kitchen leaking water and they never fixed it and on top of that they didn't return my down payment!

We only have a week in this apartment I thought it was a quiet place ,but I have a noisy neighbors that put his music sooooo loud that we can hear in all the apartment,It doesn't matter what time they do it they need to respect the others, I don't know why they keep the noisy people's that likes to make trouble, that's why other people are leaving this place...the apartment are nice but some neighbors don't like to respect others.i hope the company can make something thanks.

Leasing office staff is very rude, car was keyed. The water heater is constantly breaking down and needing to be repaired. They shut the water down for maintenance pretty often, sometimes they give you a notice other times they do not. I have talked to other residents and they have told me they also find the leasing office staff rude and did not like it here neither, they are also moving, just had one year lease as well. There is a roach infestation. The yard is never kept up usually its barren and then it rains and its a jungle. Only mowed like once a month and its a dollar extra a month added to rent. These pictures are not what it actually looks like. People that don't live here come to the back parking lot to smoke in their cars. Its just creepy. Not well lit especially in the back area. Their record keeping is spotty at best. LOST neighbors 6 month lease, tried to evict them saying they didn't pay rent. When ...
they talked with management their response was "lol oops". Currently don't have hot water and haven't for two weeks. I understand things break but at least try and rush things, no hot water for baths, dishes, or clothes. Pot holes that could ruin a car in back parking lot. The pool is never open because the gate lock is broken so instead of fixing they just closed the pool. The one week it was open it was dirty.

This is the worse apartment complex I have lived in. Maintenance is rude and leasing office agents are carefree and lie to tenants all the time. I only have two months living here and my AC broke down twice each month. They take forever to place Freon and since they do not want to fix the leak they come every month to make sure it has enough. It is infested with roaches and they only give you excuses. There's mold and mildew and dustmites as well. I am obtaining a lawyer with all the evidence I ...

I have lived here for a couple of years. Since the 1st day, I have been promised things I haven't received. I have repeatedly called he office for repairs and concerns....No Response. When I finally get a response....lies, excuses, denials and shady business practices.....There have been dozens and dozens of fine tenants who have left this complex. They had been living here longer than I had....they tried to warn me....but I was assured it was not true......Even the maintenance workers were ...
frustrated because they were forced to look the tenants in the eyes and lie.......I have even spoken several times with Lynnd Corporate offices...again...lies....excuses....nothing gets done......Until they find honest professional people to run this complex...I feel bad for the new tenants being reeled in with promises written on ice.............

Following my divorce, I have been a resident of La Residencia Apartments since April 1983. My apartment is centrally located, quiet, safe/secure, spacious, well maintained, a newly resurfaced pool with new furniture, a gym, is walking distance to my favorite bar, and I conveniently bank, go to the dentist/doctor, and shop on the same street my apartment is located on. An added touch is that management holds a monthly "Meet & Greet" for all residents. I don't see my apartment as just a place to ...
live in, after 30 years, my apartment feels like home. IT WOULD BE A BLESSING to be able to continue living here rent-free, especially since I am now retired and continue live on a budget.
