Lax Security, Not a Good Value

Despite being expensive relative to other apartment complexes, management of common facilities is poor. The key fob and gate was out for several months as other reviewers mentioned. As a result, the pool/gym/bbq area could not be used in the evenings for several months and the car gate was left open at night. As of this writing, the left gate is functioning but the right gate remains open at night. I chose this apartment in part because it was gated at night. I will not be renewing my lease. ...
Security is lax. As a result there have been several car break-in/break-in attempts in recent months.

Hello Gmat, we are sorry to see you feel this way. We recently renovated our gym area with new equipment, flooring, mirrors, wall art and more. Our key fob system also had some upgrades done and we were unaware anyone was experiencing any issues. Please reach out to us here in the office if you are still experiencing any issues.
