February 4, 2025I am a new resident but so far I am happy. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on tour. My move-in went as expected and with the move in guidelines I was able to set up electric and internet service. January 1, 2025I have been very pleased all of these 15 years until recently when Emily made me come down to the office as I was healing from major surgery. There was an alarm going off on the hot water heater and she are maintenance would not come down and replace it so I had to get dressed and drive down there and it was all just to get a 9-volt battery. I was very unhappy about that. She did not even notify maintenance that the alarm was going off and said that it would be Monday before maintenance could fix ...it and this was on Friday afternoon.Property Manager Responded
