Mild satisfaction
July 29, 2015We (significant other and 2 children) live in a 3bed 2 bath apartment . Kitchen is very small for the size of this apartment. When first toured looked like a great home. Then slowly small things fell apart. Sliding closet doors, calcium deposits slowing water flow to almost nothing every few days as well as paint peeling and issues with maintenence calls. They will come fix after a couple of weeks if you keep bugging and call the main office. Every so often they shut off the water with no warning ...or explanation or apoligies for inconvenience you could be getting ready for work or just trying to finish a load of laundry. The walls are verrry thin upstairs can plainly hear conversations of below and vice versa. Now with all that being said there are a few good points. It is a convenient location to plenty of shopping centers and restaurants, you wont have to travel very far from home for almost anything. There is a salt water pool and an onsite FREE laundry facility which is great! There seems to be a nice mix of people, young old single and families. They keep the property as a whole neat and maintained and if there are enough people who complain will consider changes. Over all the apartment is so so for the cost of rent.
