Great historic building, wonderful landlord, spacious homey apartment

I love living walking distance from downtown and the university. The location is conveniently located on the 55 Star Shuttle bus route and the 13 bus line which connects you to downtown and most of the city. It is right across the street from a delicious coffee shop/cafe, pizzeria, grocery store, Mexican bakery, and much more! The apartments on the 1-3rd floor are all very large and spacious, apx. 1,000 sq ft per unit. The landlord is incredibly kind and cares deeply about the community and his ...

tenants' experience in his buildings. I really feel at home here and that is due in large part to the wonderful people who reside within LaBelle's walls, the care of the landlord, and the beautiful home I have here. Highly recommend.
