Good Place to Live
February 6, 2017Older but well-maintained units. Covered parking with small storage. Pool in back (kids in summer can be noisy). A few of us have been here for years - no real reason to move. No mgmt problems, apartment complex is fairly quiet, rent is reasonable, shopping nearby.Review from Apartments.com
Older but Quiet Apt Complex
December 5, 2015Unless your apartment is in the back near the pool (summer months/kids), the apartment complex is usually quiet... usually. There is the occasional car with a loud stereo that drive through or, worse, honks its horn to pick someone up - but it's rare. Inconsiderate people are everywhere; what can you do? Just let the manager know if there's an issue and it usually gets handled. I've lived here for years and have, in general, been happy with everything. The neighborhood is mixed, and closer ...to So H it can be a bit rowdy. But in Lacey Villa people are fairly quiet & keep to themselves. Two of my neighbors have also been here for years and we watch out for each other. Units are older but OK. The management company does maintenance & repairs as needed & occasionally upgrades things. Again, just ask the manager if you need anything and it usually gets handled fairly quickly. In the summer utilities can be high, but nothing near "half my rent" as another reviewer stated.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Poor Landlord
August 26, 2015The complex is quite, neighbours keep to themselves. Everything besides the carpet will be old in the apartment. The A/C 's are so old expect your bill to be more than half your rent during the summers. Good luck with getting the landlord to fix anything, and if they do expect a working to just show up and enter your complex without any warning. Over all the people here are nice, it's the people who own the place that makes it miaerable.
