On one occasion, I came home to find a man in the lobby engaging in inappropriate behavior—a direct result of the building’s lack of access control and security measures. Despite these alarming incidents, management has done little to resolve the issues. The security cameras in the lobby and hallways have been non-functional for weeks, leaving residents vulnerable. When I had a stalker come to my home, I had to change the locks myself at my own expense because no support was provided. Management offers empty promises but no tangible solutions, leaving tenants to fend for themselves in an unsafe environment. If you value your safety and peace of mind, I strongly urge you to avoid this property. The management's disregard for tenant security and well-being has made living here an absolute nightmare.

All tenants were served with no cause eviction notices. My hope is that the original structure of the building will be maintained as this is what I have always wanted for the building. If so, I am considering returning when construction is complete. With the intensely rapid growth of the Portland rental market (2% vacancy rate) long time residents are being pushed out. I hope to stay in one of the beautiful inner neighborhoods that I have come to consider home in a lovely new apartment. Thank you for this amazing opportunity!
