Nice property but pathetic, uncaring management
November 16, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe property, grounds, and apartment floorplans are very nice. The maintenance staff is very good and quick to fix problems. The big problem is the management. It's s constant revolving door of managers who just don't care or don't know anything about problem resolutions. The managers hide in their office and behind phrases such as: but that's the company policy, I can't do anything.

October 21, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comMy wife and I are loving our Fort Anderson apartment. It is beautiful and spacious. The apartment is extremely well made and is energy efficient. We are saving money every month on electricity and gas. We also live on the second floor and love the cathedral ceilings and lots of windows. We love the alcoves and different shaped rooms. There are four ceiling fans, including a ceiling fan in the foyer. The grounds are well landscaped and maintained. The amenities are amazing with a large beautiful ...pool (with a waterfall), grills, dining areas, cornhole and a putting green. On the inside there is a pool table, exercise room and beautiful gathering areas (when this pandemic is over). The office and maintenance people have been extremely helpful and polite. I highly recommend these apartments and villas.Read More
