Correction of previous postings
October 19, 2015To reply to the previous poster. As a tenant residing here for 35 years . Under current management Nelson Not pet friendly. Application says no pets allowed. Long time tenants are allowed to have their dogs or cats until they pass. Application said you must make 40x the rent. Rent for a one bedroom is 1400. Parking is $85.Property Manager Responded
November 27, 2017Hello, Lafayette Boynton and the surrounding area have seen major changes over the past few years since we purchased the apartment complex in October 2011. Nelson Management has put a lot of careful thought into the Capital improvements made here. We have increased our security coverage completely and added cameras in all of the lobbies, every hallway, stairwell, and elevator, as well as in the parking lot and all around the front entryways. We also drastically renovated all of our lobbies and hallways and added an on-site green space complete with trellis and outside exercise equipment for residents to enjoy. Nelson Management has also added brand new washing machines for the convenience of our tenants. In addition, we expect to soon commence the building out of a first-class state of the art gym for all residents to use. Each of these measures and more were taken so Nelson Management can provide a safe and comfortable environment for all residents. And lastly, in a few short months ...our community will be getting Ferry service to and from Manhattan from the adjacently renovated Soundview park which boasts riverfront public walkways/bike path and brand new ball.

July 20, 2015The complex of four buildings 875, 825, 820, 880, each building has 19 floors, three elevators, a basement laundry room, community room, garbage compactors on each floors, wall to wall hallway carpet, brand new windows which you can clean yourself. Dog and cat friendly, the neighborhood is a quite area, play grounds, basketball court for the children, gated perimeter and parking, near the Bronx river, Soundview park is across the street, schools in the area too.
