I moved into a 1BR apt in Laguna Vista in 2012 and feel so blessed to live here. The apartment itself is fine; the management is 5 star Excellent; the view from my balcony runs 270° , from Burrard Bridge/Kitsilano Beach, English Bay, Vancouver Island in the distance, Bowen Island and Cypress Mountain; the view from the open-to-all-residents rooftop is unsurpassed, a full 360° ; the swimming pool is 20m long; the laundry room is sparkling clean; and more.
