Love it!
September 17, 2025I am a new resident and my experience so far has been great. I took over a lease, so I had a lot of questions, and needed a few things, like touch up paint, etc. I worked with Brittany R. and she was outstanding. !She always found time to respond to my emails right away, and take the time to walk me through things until I understood. Super Friendly!
August 14, 2025My experience getting into an apartment at Lake Club has been amazing! I am here from out of state working and was referred to this property and I am glad that I was! The management staff here has been very friendly and helpful! I have mainly been working with Brittany who has been so wonderful and attentive to all details, making sure that everything was taken care of and ready upon my arrival. She has definitely made this experience feel more personal and friendly rather than just business and ...tenant! I have felt at ease, welcome, and comfortable through this whole experience! Great location
July 23, 2025Beautiful place to live overall - Meredith and the other staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The property is wonderful and very well maintained. The only issue for me is I don't understand the use of Pioneer Energy Managment for the electric and water bill as there seems to be numerous additional charges ($40 or more monthly) attached to my bill which over a year will definitely add up.Property Manager Responded

May 31, 2025I lived at this apartment complex for 3 years , and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The property itself is lovely and well-maintained, with nice accommodations that made daily living comfortable. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, and the neighbors were also courteous for the most part—creating a positive community vibe. However, my main (and really only) complaint is the lack of sound insulation. and rent raising every year that I live there with the lack of sound insulation I ...don't think that these apartments are worth what they are chargingThe walls are very thin—no exaggeration. I could hear my neighbors cough, open and close their doors, and carry on normal conversations as if they were in my own apartment. If you’re someone who’s sensitive to noise, be mindful of this when choosing a unit. Additionally, if your apartment faces the street, you’ll hear every honk, engine rev, and general street noise—especially at night. If you’re a light sleeper, I highly recommend requesting a unit toward the back of the complex where it’s quieter. Overall, it’s a great place to live if you’re not too sensitive to sound, with a lot of positives that make it worth considering. Also triple check that your car doors are locked Over the course of the three years of me staying there there was two times where i would find my car dooor To be slightly open and all of the papers in my car ranshack, but nothing was taken . I did notify the apartment And try to alert neighbors on the portal, but for some reason, those posts would not ever see daylight.Property Manager Responded

Perfect place to call home!
May 24, 2025I recently moved into Lake Club and it’s been a dream ever since. To start, Meredith was the best! She’s very thorough and chipper (even at the end of the day). Not only that, but she was very understanding of my situation. The process is lightening fast. I filled out the application and was approved on the same day. Moved in 2 days later. All of the amenities are very nice including a gorgeous bonfire pit and a playground (which has been hard to find as I have a child who loves to be outside). ...Speaking of, this falls right in Olentangy school district which is A1. It also seems very safe as there seems to be patrol around the area. The interior is GORGEOUS. The kitchen is my favorite part of any home and this one is fabulous! Room is very spacious and everything was very clean down to the smallest details. I am very grateful to be here and can’t wait to make this place home!Property Manager Responded

Excellent community
May 6, 2024I just recently moved from The Lake Club and it was bitter sweet. I just had a baby and moved to a house which is great but it was hard to say goodbye to this community.
