There was a shooting that occurred at my building the first month of moving me in. Multiple shots went into the first floor units, as well as a car that was damaged. Shots went through windows and glass screen doors into peoples living rooms.
A week after the shooting someone tried to break into my apartment while my son was home.
It took them a month to fix my washer machine when I first moved in but I still had to pay washer and drier rent.

even living in my apartment the first month so no food or nothing dirty was left out. It just came infested.
You can never get ahold of the front office.
I was charged for renters insurance after emailing them proof I had my own.
There is constant late night activity. The whole place smells like weed 24/7.
The pool has been closed off since I moved in 2 months ago.
I’m still waiting on maintenance to fix issues I reported when I first moved in 2 months ago
