Cheap rent
June 27, 2021Pros- cheap rent Management is okay Cons- maintenance doesn’t want to fix ANYYYTHINGGGG correctly. Constant bug problem inside and around front doors. Parking is a no go and the ports are never open for rent. Walls are super thin Not a good locationProperty Manager Responded

May 9, 2021I would not recommend anyone to live here. They have very bad trash pickup practices, it's a constant battle at night finding parking, along with knats that constantly swarming around the light next to everyones front door, oh and of course BLACK mold, I've tested it myselfProperty Manager Responded
May 17, 2021Maintenance picks up trash every morning and continuously picks it up throughout the day. Maintenance also works closely with the leasing team on notifying residents that leave trash by the front door as this is not permitted. Lived here for 8 years...Love it!
December 29, 2020I have lived here for 8 years, and never had a deal breaking issue. Is everything perfect? No, but that is true for everywhere. The staff is friendly and helpful, the area can't be beat. It's exactly what I want and need, and until I can move into a senior complex, this is where I will stay!Property Manager Responded

I LOVE THIS APARTMENT
April 11, 2020For the many apartment choices in this area, I have to say this is the closest to a peaceful environment. The complex is very peaceful and the leasing agents are very warm and friendly. March 28, 2018Complex management is very unprofessional and consistently rude. Even residents stickered and legally parked vehicles are towed by a towing service hired by the complex. When only visitors without stickers are to be towed if parked in a residence place. Obviously management and the towing service are passing money under the table when vehicles are towed without any notification leaving owners to file police reports for stolen vehicles. Very unfortunate circumstances when some people live in ...apartments because of a fixed income only to find themselves robbed by their very own landlords. Find somewhere else
September 22, 2017The management is not good. They don't give notice to their residents about anything including power outages and no water. When you call and ask to see what time it'll be back on "they don't know". They never know about anything happening to their residents.. Have horrible parking and your visitors will get towed if not in the right space. When asked where to go to get the car back they also "don't know". Overall I would not recommend living here. The price is ridiculous and you definitely do not ...get what you pay here.Property Manager Responded

Would highly not recommend
November 1, 2016the two lady's in the office rude and inconsiderate, if you question anything they say, they become extremely rude. They charged you for pest control I've been here for 6 months never seen them spray. There are spiders everywhere There is no parking and they will tow your vehicle Worst apartment I've ever lived in This place doesn't even deserve one star!!Property Manager Responded

Terrible
November 1, 2016I was really not happy with my stay here. The management is not very friendly, the parking is horrible and the bugs are AWFUL. I kill a spider or 2 almost everyday ( and they're big spiders ). The bugs and cobwebs basically cover my front door at all times even after cleaning it. The only thing I liked about the apartment was the view of lake houston. Don't waste your time or your money! There's better out there.Property Manager Responded

I got a new job and needed to move but was unable to do it right away, management was willing to work with me to sign a shorter lease. Office hours changed adding 30 more minutes. The 30 minutes makes all the difference when getting off at 4pm downtown getting here right around 5 pm right when it used to close. Inspections for this place come very last minute being notified sometime the day before inspection. Apartment is a basic ...apartment nothing stands out as amazing in look or functionality. From the carpet, lighting, appliances and kitchen cabinets it seems like they chose not to upgrade so something more eye catching. Apartment is not ugly just wished they put in a little more money to make it more appealing for what your pay in rent. Area is nice and don't have to worry to much about crime or traffic.Property Manager Responded
