Negligent, many issues
April 17, 2026Been living here a year and it’s been a nightmare. I have never had so many issues in all my years of renting. Mold issues, water damage from rotten wood around windows that were never taken care of after reporting multiple times, appliances needing replacement, it’s one thing after another. Spend your money on a better place to live that is well taken care of.Review from Apartments.com

Horrible management
November 23, 2021Tried to rent here because they look adorable however it was impossible to do so. No one answers the phone or returns inquiries. Tried to submit an application and didn't hear back for 2 weeks and I am moving from out of state and couldnt wait that long to secure a home. Paid a deposit to hold the place. Never heard back. Canceled application and now have to wait 3 weeks for a refund for a payment they immediately took from me. Do NOT rent here.Property Manager Responded

Terrible Management!
November 2, 2020Lived here for a year! Had to move within the complex twice because of sewer backups! Then when we move out we get billed $1,200 for damages! We never hung one picture on the wall, the carpet and paint was brand new because they had just remodeled the unit for us to move back into! They said that they had to replace 6 month old carpet! Go rent somewhere where they upkeep their properties and not blame their tenants for their sewer issues! I did learn what sewer beetles are by living here! ...Disgusting!!Property Manager Responded

During your residency, our team pushed to act quickly to respond to the leak in your home. We were glad that management was able to place you in our fully furnished guest suite, in addition to paying for all of your moving expenses. Upon moving back into your apartment, the carpet and vinyl floors were replaced, and the walls and baseboards were painted. The amount due on your account has been reviewed by management. We have offered to reduce some of your charges in addition to a 15% discount, if paid within a certain amount of time.
