They are very good about maintenance requests and making updates to the surrounding areas. The only negative thing is,since new management, it has been hard to get a hold of anyone to communicate. September 11, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comLove the area, but maintenance and landscaping is terrible here. Especially if you are not near the office. They only care about making the office landscaping nice. The units are empty beds and over grown strubs. But I love the lake around the complex and the location in town.Property Manager Responded

August 14, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThis place is a masterclass in how not to run an apartment complex. Communication? Nonexistent. Maintenance? A myth. You can call, leave voicemails, submit online requests, and still get the same response: silence. If you enjoy paying rent to be completely ignored, you’ve found your new home. The apartment its self is nice and the location is amazing, the lake trail is so nice to walk. I just wish they prioritized communication and actually checked the voicemails they make you leave.
