Great Apartment with Amazing Staff
November 7, 2024The apartament itself is great. It is spacious and nice. The main reason for the review though is that the staff, and especially the assistant manager, are incredible kind, flexible, and communicative! I had to move in very quickly and the assistant manager went out of her way to make that possible. Definitely recommend. thank you Lake Point staff!Property Manager Responded

Perfect home
March 3, 2023We moved in in 2021 after the new management changed and we are so happy here. The office is always available to any of our concerns and we get maintenance assistance immediately. I mean, lets be honest this is a privilege now days, and the new management is on top of everything. They made a lot of changes to the landscape and it looks so beautiful. Great place!
February 14, 2023We've lived in 3 different apartment complexes and Lakepoint is by far the best one. We decided to leave the Bay Area due to the high cost of living and the limited amount of nice and affordable apartments. Since we needed a pet friendly apartment complex, our options were limited but Lakepoint interested us more. After speaking with Olga and visiting the complex, we knew this was the one as she made us feel right at home. Olga is a very nice and professional property manager who knows what it ...means to take care of her residents and complex. She made the move-in process easy and painless and was always responsive when we reached out for anything. We were lucky enough to buy a house after a year of living there, but we'd still be there if we hadn't. You may still have your typically apartment living issues, but that's mainly due to sharing the complex with hundreds of other people, some who have no respect for others. I can honestly say that Olga and staff really took care of us and I'd highly recommend this complex to anyone. Some reviews on here are really old and were before Olga and the new company took over and turned it around, so give it a shot and tour the place. Great place to live! New Management!
February 3, 2022I wanted to leave a review because the bad reviews are from the old management team. The new management team, Vertus, and Olga, community manager have been amazing! They replaced our dishwasher, dryer and always came to take care or maintenance requests within 24 hours. The management took a look at our dishwasher and said they will replace it and a year later they never replaced it until Vertus took over. Olga is great at taking feedback and replying to emails plus they are making a lot of ...changes in the community to make an even better place to live. We have been here since 2019 and Vertus took over this last fall. We love the convenience of being close to the freeway and also the schools for our kids. Wouldn’t stay long
December 16, 2020The price to live here is quite high for non updated average appliances. Plenty of places worth the price you would pay here. Short lease if you are desperate and have to live here. The office seemingly never answers the phone 1/10 calls, no idea why that is. Replies from the office are slow and they take a long time to get back to you. Multiple months without maintenance fixing appliances even though the work order was placed.
