WARNING!!!! Do not move here. This place is not worth the money
September 3, 2022This apartment complex is the worst place to stay. The maintenance team do not cared about doing there JOB. The Properly manager (Whoever that maybe since this position have so many change in the last few years) do not cared about the resident that live in poor conditon here. at ALL!!! When you request maintenace repair. They do not fixed the problem or they will closed it out. Appliance here are old and break down consistly. The gates are alway broken and people are speeding through the gates ...and driving through the comminutes wreckless. The price to live here is not worth it. Save your money!! Mold and broken A/C
June 10, 2022The maintenance sucks, I've submitted the same request 3 times now. they will just put in completed without even coming out. We have mold and had to call code enforcement. They told code they would take care of it and have not. When calling they will put you on hold then hang up. The manager that got stuff done quit.Property Manager Responded

Avoid this place
April 14, 2022I lived here from May 2020 until November 2021 ( breaking my lease) my third month living here my air broke and stayed down for two months. Maintenance simply didn’t know how to fix it so they got a portable AC unit until they were able to find someone with HVAC knowledge. However winter of 2021 my heat literally did the same thing so i had to invest in space heaters . Although i didn’t experience mold or roaches, i did experience gnats repeatedly coming from my kitchen sink and black particles ...coming from my bathtub faucet . My ceiling in the bathroom also began to fall and maintenance took 3 days to get to my apartment to plaster it back together . Maintenance was 100% terrible and complete liars. Work orders would say completed although they never even came by. The gates were always open and the trash was always overflowing. I would recommend looking elsewhereProperty Manager Responded

September 1, 2021These apartments looks nice and kept up, but when it comes to the up keep of inside of the apartment unit its ridiculous maintenance takes forever to show up and depending on the problem the person that shows up isnt qualified to do the job , sadly I have packed have a livingroom of boxes , but had to renew this freaking lease we didnt do a year , but we are not unpacking still planning on leaving as soon as possible waiting on my Heavenly Father to work it out ...Review from Apartments.com

May 9, 2020Office staff is horrible! It literally be taking weeks for me to get in touch with leasing manager or any manager for that matter. Terrible bug infestation in units. October 9, 2018I have been a resident here since 2016. I am originally from Jersey and to move so far out of my comfort zone the move was a little uneasy for me. I first came down to visit the property in the summer of 2016,and the person that showed me around the property was Brian. I have to say that since I been here the office staff has changed,but Brian is still here doing what he does best. From the first day I met Brian until this day,I feel like he is and has been my guardian angel,meaning myself and ...my daughter felt at home instantly. I had to travel back and forth to wrap up business in Jersey,and Brian was a phone call away for me. Brian made sure my daughter was alright while I was out of town,and assured me I had no worries she would be just fine. Brian has no idea what he has done for me then,and to this day. Now as I mentioned office staff has changed,and now I have had the pleasure to meet another outstanding young man,and that is Willie. Now Willie from the moment I met him has been my guardian angel,any issues that I have had Willie has been a man of his word,and I am sure he too does not know what he has done for me,I am and always will be forever grateful. So I say all that to say,my daughter and I are proud to call Lake St. James our home. I dont care where you choose to move there are things that take time to get to,especially with a property of this size. September 11, 2015I absolutely love st.james lake. I pass by every day on my way to work and fell in love before I saw the actual apartment. One day I finally decided to take a tour in hopes of moving in very soon and OMG it was beautiful. The model apartment had everything that it needed to appeal to someone looking to move in. The employees were very friendly and informative and the neighborhood was quiet and well kept. I am very much eager to move in come November.
