Be aware of the neighbors they steal!!!

Most of the people there don’t have two penny’s to put together lots of family’s with like 6 people living in one unit. The one star is for the tenants they steal Amazon packages I have several of the neighbors on my Google cam stealing! I will be sending to leasing I haven’t even been there a month! Just horrible. The place itself is a nice unit cheapest you will find in LA but be aware of the neighbors mind your business and stay to yourself and do not have anything delivered there!!!!

Worst place ever

Do not move in to this place, there is no maintenance on site, constant floods on first floor, no parking and all apartments have mold. There is a methadone lab across the street homeless everywhere and you never get help or assistance.
