Before it’s too late
May 25, 202510/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. New management came and is HORRIBLE mainly Jim. He cannot be any more condescending, inconsiderate and just outright rude. I have been complaining about roaches for longer than I can even remember at this point. I am now on the verge of a mental breakdown. The roaches should pay rent because this is now their place. Instead of attacking the issue with all other units they just let it fall by the wayside. The gym is horrible, outdated and reeks. The gates haven’t worked ...since the beginning of time and they have the nerve to have enforced towing. The only plus is maintenance, sweetest men ever. The Worst
November 26, 2023Moving here has been a complete nightmare. We should have turned around when there was a drug bust when we toured. The townhome was not move in ready. Previous tenants clearly smoked inside because the ceilings and walls reak of smoke and residue, which was brought to their attention upon move in. Seven months later and still no resolve. Roaches are present no matter how much pest control is requested. We have open maintenance requests from September and it’s Nov 26th. This lease can’t end fast ...enough smh.Property Manager Responded

Worst apartment to live

Don’t be fooled by the pictures online.
June 25, 2023The community itself is not very safe. My car was hit while it was parked and the complex doesn’t provide security or cameras for me to make a police report. Unexplained charges on statement. I have called numerous times and cannot get them on the phone. I’ve also emailed multiple times with no reply, and also followed up by filling out an inquiry on the corporate website, all have been ignored. Not safe and roaches.
March 2, 2023Apartment look's nice but you can hear everything. Roach problems. Not safe at all. Dog poop everywhere. Not a good management. Gate is useless. Gym is dirty and broken equipment. Clubhouse? Nope. Pool is small and can't be used a lot of times. Wi-fi is soooo bad but it's mandatory.Property Manager Responded

Poor communication
December 13, 2022I tried to work with them for two weeks to get a rental approved, they are impossible to get on the phone and don’t make you a priority. They ended up rejecting my application due to paperwork I could have easily obtained had I known I needed it, being missing. I sent several voicemails and emails only to get minimal effort in return when they knew I was on a time crunch due to my new jobs start date. Warning
April 17, 2022I really hesitated about leaving this review however I happened to scroll pass the rising prices as I searched the web and this place is not worth it. Before moving in I asked about pest/roaches several times before make a final decision and was informed they didn’t exist. Upon moving in on my move in day I was notified that I would have to delay my move in 2 weeks down due to roaches in the unit I was moving into. That should’ve been a red flag but at that point I had no other choice to go with ...lakebridge. I was already invested. After finally moving into my unit, the 3rd day of moving in I saw roaches. Pest control did a nice job of arriving when I requested however the roach problem never went away. They did do some updating with the new appliances but did a very poor job with the paint job. It literally looks like they added new appliances to cover up how old and crusty the apartments actually look. There is nothing luxury or luxurious about Lakebridge apartments. If you’re willing to pay this much I would pay a little more and go elsewhere. No apartment complex is perfect but Lakebridge doesn’t even measure up to half way decent.Property Manager Responded

Paper thin walls!
November 27, 2021These apartments are designed nice on the inside and come with nice amenities at an affordable price BUT if you move here, do NOT stay on the first floor! The walls are so thin! You hear everything! I don’t know who’s “smart” idea it was to give the upstairs units wood/vinyl floor but it’s a big no no! Even if they drop the smallest thing it sounds like a bomb! I hear when they run their kitchen sink, wash clothes, flush their toilet, open/close cabinet doors, walking, babies crying! My last set ...of neighbors were extremely loud and obnoxious! Arguing at 1am or 5 am, slamming doors, and stomping loud. Luckily they did move out but I still have to deal with noise. I have not had proper sleep since I moved here. I’m currently up now (unable to sleep in on a weekend) because my upstairs neighbors were pushing something across the floor and dropping things. I can’t wait to move out, but if noise bothers you, this may not be the place for you.Property Manager Responded

It's Home
August 7, 2015You feel at home here. The office staff are there to listen to your needs. They do their best get your concerns taken care off in a diligent and timely manner which could be in part because it is a small, gated community. Pet's of all sizes are allowed. I personally am not a pet owner, but do enjoy seeing all the residents that do own pets walk around with them. You get to know the pets by name, its quite nice. There's excellent lighting all around the complex and they pool is always clean and ...it's nice to see residents actually using it even if its just to get a sun tan. The exercise room is really small, but even so, is well equipped. I personally benefit from using it daily. I also enjoy watching so many take advantage of the residents that enjoy fishing here. There's a catch and release policy here, and its uncanny seeing how fast some of the residents catch a fish and throw it back. Its really fun when they catch a real big one. The loudness of the laughs and the pictures and then, seeing the fish swim away again. It's a quiet at night and very comfortable place to live. I call it home.Property Manager Responded
