Perfect Space for Price
December 23, 2021We have been living at Lakefront Lofts for over a year now. We have an actual loft with an upstairs. The space is huge and perfect for us, our dog, and our cat. Super pet friendly. Super rustic and industrial finishes. The location is perfect as well. Basically 10 minute drive to any suburb.Review from Apartments.com
Overpriced for quality
January 23, 2021We lived in the lofts for 1 year in a renovated apartment. Within 3 weeks we realized how cheap Sutton is and regretted it. All cheap ikea finishes, slate in the foyer and showers that they don’t care for (shower literally fell apart because they didn’t keep up with sealing the slate), moth infestation, wasp infestation, incredible amounts of dust because the ceiling was never renovated properly for living, and crappy appliances that leaked, didn’t work properly etc. Management is nice but never ...followed through on any issues and concerns. In that time we also saw neighbors coming and going like a revolving door. Don’t bother, you can get a much nicer quality place for much less money.Property Manager Responded

Sutton Real Estate is a 3rd party Management company and did not develop the property and therefore had no say in the materials used in its construction. I wish you had brought your unresolved concerns to management during your stay as we may have been able to address them while you were living on the property. Downtown, Pet Friendly and We Love It
August 1, 2015We looked high and low for an apartment for my fiancé, myself, and our Boxer. Sheldon. There was always a weight restriction on the size of the dog or the apartment was in the wrong neighborhood. We wanted to be in downtown Syracuse because that is where we work. We saw our apartment now and our search was over. Hardwood floors, exposed beam ceilings, and brick walls have is the loft style fee we wanted. To top it off they allowed our 60 pound Boxer.
