We love Lakeland and the management Northland! This is me and my roommates first ever apartment and they make it so easy!! Very responsive and I feel very safe and comfortable here! I have had no problems with mail being stolen or anything!! The under ground parking and extra storage room is such a luxury! I love it here and would honestly recommend it to anyone!! Especially a college student new to the area! Lakeland is the perfect location between campus and all the great places to visit on ...
North Ave and Downer!! Sendicks on downer is awesome and in perfect walking distance for all your grocery needs! The beach and lake are also super close with lots of great paths to walk/run/bike etc. And BEST of all Starbucks is in perfect walking distance and has been a god sent during these crazy times were living in! A perfect excuse to get out of the apartment!

Great One Bedroom Apartments for Young, Working Professionals

My one-bedroom apartment at Lakeland is the perfect place for young, working professionals to live in Milwaukee. The building is always clean and has been remodeled. The complex has several laundry machines on site, so you never have to be concerned about waiting. There are also extra storage lockers available throughout the building for residents to use (Perfect for storing decorations, dishes, etc.). Secure garage parking is available for an extra monthly fee (Totally worth it!).

is conveniently located within walking distance to several places. A bus stop is located nearby, but one could easily walk to UW-Milwaukee for class. It is also within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants on Downer and the Oriental Theater on Farwell. It is a quick drive to get downtown to the Fiserv Forum or the Summerfest grounds.
The management team is great, especially Lauren! If I ever have any questions or concerns, I send her an e-mail and she responds right away.
If you are looking for a new place to live in Milwaukee, I highly recommend contacting the Northland Management office to tour their apartment complexes.
