Affordable and Well Maintained
March 2, 2022I moved here in July of 2020. The rent has gone up quite a bit, just like everywhere else in the Murrieta/Temecula/Menifee area, but so has the quality of living. The property manager, Mandy, works tirelessly to ensure her tenants are well taken care of and their needs are met. There has been a lot of structural work on the property and the landscaping and streets have been redone. At 2k or less depending on the model, it's definitely one of the most affordable apartment complexes in the area. If ...you are looking to live in the area but don't want to break the bank I would highly suggest this place.Property Manager Responded

VERY nice apartments at reasonable price
November 4, 2021I've been here for 3 years and the property manager Mandy is amazing. There hasn't been ONE issue that I've bought to her attention that she hasn't fixed professionally, courteously, respectfully and promptly! The grounds are regularly maintained and I like my neighbors. I feel safe on the grounds during the day and at night and safety is my number one priority. I would definitely recommend Lake Ridge Apartments.Review from Apartments.com

September 21, 2020After multiple attempts of trying to reach them through this site and another on top of that, then calling their number and leaving 2 voicemails and going to the physical leasing office only to arrive to what it seemed like a place that ran itself?
