Caring Management Makes a Difference
April 30, 2026I’ve had a really positive experience living here while rebuilding my life, and I’m grateful for that. The manager has been amazing, very attentive and responsive to work orders, which makes a big difference. That said, the apartments are affordable but the property could definitely benefit from some upgrades and improved grounds maintenance. April 16, 2026I’ve been at Lakeridge Apartments for over 8 years now and it’s been a great place to live. The complex is a little older, but they keep making steady improvements and updates, which I’ve noticed over the years. The location’s convenient—close to a lot of good stores, restaurants, and parks, plus there’s a nice dog park within walking distance. Overall, it’s reasonably priced and has been a solid place to call home. Mandy, the manager, is always on top of things. Great complex
April 15, 2026It’s a great complex to live in, quiet. We’ve been living here it will be 3yrs never had a problem with anyone or anything. Neighbors are friendly. Affordable and Well Maintained
March 2, 2022I moved here in July of 2020. The rent has gone up quite a bit, just like everywhere else in the Murrieta/Temecula/Menifee area, but so has the quality of living. The property manager, Mandy, works tirelessly to ensure her tenants are well taken care of and their needs are met. There has been a lot of structural work on the property and the landscaping and streets have been redone. At 2k or less depending on the model, it's definitely one of the most affordable apartment complexes in the area. If ...you are looking to live in the area but don't want to break the bank I would highly suggest this place.Property Manager Responded

VERY nice apartments at reasonable price
November 4, 2021I've been here for 3 years and the property manager Mandy is amazing. There hasn't been ONE issue that I've bought to her attention that she hasn't fixed professionally, courteously, respectfully and promptly! The grounds are regularly maintained and I like my neighbors. I feel safe on the grounds during the day and at night and safety is my number one priority.
