Absolutely Love It
February 18, 2021I have lived here a year and a half. I love this community. The staff is very responsive and they care about the residents. Gone Down Hill
July 13, 2017Neighbor's truck was stolen out of parking lot last summer and several months ago another neighbor's car was broken into as was her mom's car who was visiting and parked next to her. Residents were not notified of either crime incident by management. The complex is less and less maintained. In discussing with other long term tenants, we learned we share similar issues: Dishwashers do not work but management refuses to replace. Sinks back up. Toilets make weird noises. Leaks in ceiling are patched ...but the resulting black mold is left unattended. If you walk around complex, you'll see front doors with gouges in them and where the wood is rotting from the bottom. It's just sad. I agree with Robin Homer's (she's the Property Manager) review that this was "safe and quiet" complex but emphasis on past tense. For the first years living here I was impressed with her work as Property Manager, but something has changed in last couple years. It may come from the property owners or property management company and not Robin, because she seems like a hard worker. We can't figure it out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 28, 2015Lived here for about 9 years now. The staff has always been very friendly to me and have resolved any issues i've had. Reasonable rents, would highly recommend living here. Any time we have a problem, they have it fixed in no time(which is hardly ever). Plus if you have children and you are in RISD and go to Lake highlands, elementary through High school is down the road.Review from Apartments.com
