The Best In Customer Service and quiet living
July 7, 2018I have never seen such great customer service before in a rental apartment. Me and my daughter was greeted by the most loveliest Lady and her knowledge and understanding of us needing immediate occupancy was so detailed with given us information in the pricing, all the needs to finalize that we were greatly excited. She was kind and considerate of our bad past experience and made us feel so confident that we knew this was the place for us. The tour was wonderful, the place is great and the price ...is even better. We are a family of peace and we feel that Lake Ridge is the place if you want peace and quiet away from all the noise of people who want to make living ruff to be around. The grounds are greatly kept and I know that living here is the best thing we could have ever landed at especially after our bad past experiences. Don't judge from bad reviews come see for yourself you won't be disappointed. Especially if you want to live quiet and peaceful. Horrible Customer Service
April 3, 2017I moved in town from GA. After driving 10 hours in a 16ft truck, with a car hauler and car, I pull up and go into the office...only to find out that my lease wasn't ready. I spoke with the agent 3 days straight, and there was no mention of any issues that would delay my immediate move-in. So, since I had already paid someone to assist me with my move, I decided to go look elsewhere for an apartment. I now live somewhere else! But, the management there somehow found a way to make it my fault, and ...now don't want to refund my administration fee...and may hold my deposit for 2 WEEKS! DON'T MOVE THERE...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
