Bryan and the management team are great people and family oriented. I’ve just renewed my lease for a 3rd year after moving in on short notice. You will not find a nicer property in the area for apartments with the trails and lake. Any minor issues that I have encountered have been taken care of swiftly!

I lived at Lakeshore Hilltop from August 21' - Decemeber 23'. My wife and I both loved living here. The property is awesome and sits on a lake, it is really great to wake up to wildlife yet also be right off of HW59. The property has a very remote feel while also being situated close to everything you could need.

I lived here from 2021-2023. Single mother, the location was convenient. I felt safe, loved walking the beautiful trails and hanging at the lake inside of the complex. Bryan is sincere, accommodating, and really cares about the resident's comfortability. Hard to find that in a person these days, let alone a landlord. Andrew (maintenance) was quick to respond to any issues within my apartment and I was never left waiting. It was exactly what I needed at the time and would recommend for anyone else ...

I lived here from 2019-2023. Bryan was the best landlord I've ever had. Always upbeat and so willing to help out if there is an issue. We were able to put in a garden, which only brought the neighbors together. I really miss the woods right out my door, and the beautiful lake that we spent so many evenings fishing and relaxing at. If my job didn't take me elsewhere...I'd still be living there.

I really enjoyed the beautiful, well kept grounds. I love to be outdoors and go to a variety of parks. When I lived there I didn’t have to get in my car and go anywhere. It’s wooded with trails and a private lake. They have storage down by the lake to keep your kayaks which was perfect for not having to haul it around. The manager Bryan and maintenance Andrew are awesome! The neighborhood is clean and safe.

What I love about this place is that its quite and safe, full of things to do outside. The buildings and grounds are kept up really well. You kinda forget that your living in an apartment complex because of the homey feel around you. The staff here are super friendly and easy to talk too. Your given the maintenance mans phone number so you directly communicate with him ...
on what the issue is and when he will be by to fix it. He does a wonderful job at getting to any issues right away. The leasing manager is super friendly and jokes around with ya. I never stayed at a place where making improvements to the grounds was there mission every year. Last year alone they opened up more beach front and new trails for us to walk on. And that was during a pandemic! The guys here really show how much they care about this place and the people who live here.

I lived here for 2 years. Brian, property Manager, was always kind and understanding. He took care of any issues we brought to him. Bear, maintenance, was kind and generous. He always made sure we knew we could go to him if we needed anything. He was always polite, and unimposing when he was in our apartment. Lakeshore hilltop has a great property, great apartments, and possibly the best management of any apartment complex.

Not only are they friendly and kind people, they're attentive to the needs of the tenant. Haven't had many issues, but when I have, it was taken care of immediately. my wife and I have been living here about three years now we were just supposed to rent a year and get a house but we have been so happy here Bryan and Seth (managers) and Bear (maintenance) have been so kind to us and any issues we had were dealt with promptly for instance pot holes in the parking lot they spent thousands of dollars with fresh asphalt cap new parking lines and sealer and all our neighbors are so friendly and we love the trees lake and wildlife here not to forget the grass is ...
