Seems to be a good mix of couple and singles with very few kids running around. Career oriented people who work and stay out of your way! The views walking around the lake and just the lake at night are so calming and relaxing! Noise is to a minimum, even with the DART running right outside the Main Street! I Love Las Colinas and Lakeshore Lofts
July 18, 2025I have had a wonderful experience in Las Colinas. This is must be the best place to live in the DFW area. Walks around the lake, fireworks on July 4th and restaurant and pubs within walking distance. The property team at Lakeshore Lofts is so helpful and friendly. July 5, 2025My friend threw his 30th bday here recently and the amenities were absolutely gorgeous!! At night you have the perfect view of the skyline and a fire pit to keep you cozy. June 23, 2025I’ve lived at Lakeshore Lofts for about 3.5 years or so. I love it here. The community is great, I absolutely love my floor plan, and I love being right on Lake Carolyn. The staff takes great care of us and management does a great job of communicating with the residents. There is nightlife close by and we are in a wonderful location.
