I have enjoyed the quiet and the view over Lake Houston with the sunrises and sunsets for years, and they are beautiful. We live close to a beautiful park with tennis courts and olympic size pool. December 15, 2025Lakeshore Villas Apts are a wonderful place to live and is located in an area where you are close to many grocery stores, banks, schools and restaurants. It is a very quiet and clean apartment complex. You don't hear any guns going off and I haven't heard of any crime happening anywhere here, like it is in other parts of Houston. Great location
September 19, 2023I have been here since December last year. I love the trail at the back facing Lake Houston. I run there on some evenings. The locale is serene and the management are doing a great job. I will renew my lease for sure.Property Manager Responded

I love this place
September 26, 2022Inside office staff and maintenance is the best I’ve had! I looked at an apartment. Moved in with very minor issues that were fixed the same day. Light bulb went out. And the door to my room was a little stuck. From the beginning. I have felt so good about the decision I made to move here. The view is beautiful. The grounds are clean. It was the managers nastiness that led to my choosing NOT TO RENT at this complex. April 18, 2021Cuando quieres mudarte te atienden super bien para que alquilws con ellos, después no te prestan atención en nada. Aparecen muchos insectos en el apartamento y ellos no hacen nada. Los mosquitos dentro y fuera del apartamento hacen que disfrutar del area comun sea imposible. Es desagradable la cantidad de mosquitos inclusive mis hijas estan siendo afectadas por ellos y a ellos no les importa. Solo me dijeron que no pueden hacer nada porque los mosquitos vienen del lago. NO RECOMIENDO VIVIR AQUI ...DE NINGUNA MANERA. Mis hijas sufren de alergias y aqui es imposible estar con ellas de forma sana gracias a la cantidad de mosquitos e insectos que hay en la propiedad.Property Manager Responded
