Disappointing apartments in a nice location.

On a month to month basis you will either lose power or water for about a day at a time-sometimes more. All sets of stairs need replaced. Especially wooden sets, which haven’t been replaced or repaired since at least 2016 as far as I’m aware. Laundry room is barely functional and atrocious, you’d feel cleaner at one of the local laundromats. Mold likely grows under layers of paint around your windows and certainly around the tub in the bathroom, you’ll fight it the entire time you reside. ...
Property manager is quite brash and when raising rent (with no reason and no repairs or upgrades made) told us we could just move out. I do get that, but there should be a livable standard and the fact that the apartments overall have declined, seemed like other than inflation a rental increase was inappropriate.
Otherwise your in a great location close by to Portage Lakes and plenty of places to shop and eat.
