So many wonderful things to say about this apartment complex. A few days ago I had a terrible time with allergies due to Canadian wildfires. I called the leasing office to see if someone could change my AC air filter, they changed it within 10 minutes (I have time stamps on my phone to prove it) even though it was set to be replaced in 3 days. There is no better service than that!
Whenever I walk in the leasing office and see some of the people who have worked there for years they know my name. ...
They use a local landscaping/gardening company to keep the landscape beautiful, including blossoming trees that smell lovely in the spring and summer!
The pool is lovely, the workout room has a lot of great equipment and it is in a great location. I have literally watched a flock of geese swimming in the lake while using the elliptical!
The movie theater is great, along with the children’s playground, the dog park, basketball and tennis courts.
There is a grocery store within a 2-10 minutes walk depending upon where your apartment is located.
To be completely honest, there is one drawback. They often have maintenance walk throughs sometimes with the manager. Even though they let you know a week or more ahead of time it starts to feel a little invasive. But I think that’s a small price to pay for living in a great place.

Up to 3 pets per apartment are allowed. There are no weight restrictions. All pets are required to be registered through Pet Screening. There is a $30.00 fee per pet profile. If you do not have pets, you are still required to create a profile, but there is no fee. One-time non-refundable pet fee per pet = $300 - $500 (dependent upon pet screening “paw score”) Monthly pet rent per pet = $30 - $50 (dependent upon pet screening “paw score”).
