May 2, 2022Very unorganized when it comes to maintenance request. Requested maintenance months ago and and have tried scheduling a time, but they don't show or don't return my calls. Bathroom was in bad condition upon move-in and have been trying to get it fixed.Property Manager Responded

December 8, 2021Lakeside Apartments is a cute little, recently renovated community- but now offers no amenities due to them turning the community gathering place, the rec-room, and their weight room into 2 more revenue earning dwellings. The only draw to live here now is a very small pool (but bring your own chair, they dont provide any.) The neighbors try to keep the bad element out, but due to its location right off Clearwater Ave, there are many transient and unsavory people passing through.Property Manager Responded

October 4, 2021Maintenance never bothers to show up. The entire time weve been here, its like pulling teeth to get them in our apartment just to check something out and tell us that he will be back with whatever we need. Leaves us hanging like we have all day to spare and sometimes doesnt get back to us for weeks, even months, if ever. I wish i wouldve known this before we moved in and had to live in a dangerous environment. Upkeep doesnt seem like a priority especially with electrical & plumbing.Property Manager Responded

June 22, 2021Pretty place to live. Lots of natural wildlife to watch from your patios. Theres has been tons of updating to the building on the outside. Biggest downside is maintenance requests take several months to complete, and while Ive liked all the property managers that have been here, it doesnt look good that Avenue5 has gone through 3 property managers in 1 year.Property Manager Responded

It is NOT a non smoking community, as advertised
March 19, 2019I have a relative that lives here and they moved in because it was advertised as a non smoking community. Every time I go to visit, there are cigarettes all over in the entry way, up the stairs, ashtrays are full in the entry and it smells like smoke steady!
