Black mold, sagging floors, bad plumbing and unresponsive management

The apartments are old and in pretty bad shape. If there is an issue the maintenance workers will do their best to fix it with what little resources they have but if there is an issue that requires a specialist the management will go with the cheapest "vendor" who will not fix the issue, still get paid and pass the buck to the next guy. my dryer which I bought to put in here and have had a repair person verify works, then leave and say they did the job. When I brought this to the attention of management I get told it costs them money every time someone comes out and then the manager complains about it being in the afternoon so she is tired and also her computer is unresponsive. The last time I went in, over a month ago she told me that she would get back to me in the morning because it was 2 pm and she was tired and that we would "come up with a game plan". I haven't heard anything back since and I still have to go somewhere else to do my laundry despite paying rent in an apartment I picked because it was advertised as having washer/dryer hookup. I have seen that in the last month they are now providing washer and dryers to units they want to rent out so I know they know it's an issue and have the resources to fix it, we just aren't a priority because we have already signed the lease. There is also black mold on the edges of the peeling linoleum in my bathroom and a bath tub that is at least 40 years old.
