Absolutely awful management they are awful at responding to requests. They have failed to fix things in my apartment for 2 months. They are poor at responding to communications. They claimed they would do services then once they had my money they said they would no longer do these services. None of the smart home features we pay for actually work. Do not move to any of the properties owned or managed by these people

Moved in to an apartment with outlets that had water leaking in through the floor boards, outlets that don’t work, mold on the ceilings, and a my mailbox lock is broken. It’s been four days and not a single thing has been done to amend any of these issues

We have lived here since 2021. For the first year, we really enjoyed it! The access to the local downtown was great, easy access to the highway, etc. We were fine with the lack of amenities for the price we were paying. Since then, our rent has increased nearly $400 and the quality of life has decreased. We went a while without AC, our electric bill skyrocketed even when we were OOT for a number of weeks and all lights were turned off/AC turned down. We had neighbors across the hall who were ...
constantly smoking in the entryways, leaving butts around, had trash outside their door for days, etc. The maintenance response is slow, and often… the issues aren’t resolved. We’ve had to replace the filter many times on our own dime (the apartment did not have one when we moved in!). I was threatened to have my car towed over a misunderstanding on the company’s part (assumed I was a high schooler using the lot, rather than a resident). Etc
