September 19, 2025I’m very pleased with the property overall , my only concern would be having kids and living above someone who makes complaints ! I wish I could’ve got a bottom unit ! I don’t want to interrupt anyone’s peace and quiet but at the same time it’s like I have to make my kids act like they’re in a library in the comfort of our new home. June 30, 2025My experience has not been pleasant because of the cost of trash, wifi and washer and dryer. The park is not maintained well for the children, sand is very traceable. The pool and workout rooms have never been open. The ducks make it stink to where we cannot pleasantly sit on the balcony in privacy as well due to no balcony curtains aloud. February 24, 2025When we first moved here in the fall of 2021 things were excellent! As the years have gone on this place just keeps going downhill. 1. The trash bins have sometimes been overflowing for days. 2. The playground has graffiti on it. 3. The pool has been out of order since last spring and has yet to be fixed. 4. The amounts of dog waste all over is beyond unbearable. These are just a few of the many things that have happened. August 13, 2024The maintenance service is nearly useless. Takes constant follow-up with multiple people to actually get any work done. And when it is done it is always delayed (sometimes days, sometimes weeks) and usually not done particularly well.Property Manager Responded

Dirty, roach infested, and poor management
April 3, 2024This place is terrible. I cannot wait to move in the next two weeks. My apartment has a roach infestation and I have been trying to resolve it for the past two months. Also maintenance has not fixedanything since putting the workorder in over a month ago. Do not live here. It is nasty, the grounds are disgusting. Garbage everywhere most days.Property Manager Responded
