Mold mildew bugs!? Keep your money stay away.
October 9, 2021First before I even get started they are the worst in answering the phone. I can find myself calling back to back and can’t even get in touch with anyone. They were great at first until after I moved in I could see a different side from the staff. I have brought a mold issue to their attention. They responded they told me someone would could come and take a look but never did. This was at least three months ago. To this day I still call and still ask if this mold thing would continue to be an ...issue. I’m about ready to end my lease and move elsewhere. I am an extremely clean individual and I feel so ignored and I’m paying all this rent and nothing gets done about my issues. I literally have green/ blue mildew in my bathroom tub growing each day and I have a faucet leak which doesn’t make it any better. I’m trying to hang in there but I’m about ready to dip. I have even been to the ER because I cannot breathe with all the mold in my apartment that is spreading and my Roomate had to throw away over half of her belongings because everything she owes has mold growing on it! It’s ridiculous for it to have even got to that point. But I do know that I will be contacting the property management group they need people that actually care about our needs.Property Manager Responded

Poor Customer Service from Office
July 8, 2021I have been at this apartment for 2 years and I like the layout of the apartment but the communication from the Leasing office/maintenance has been horrible lately. Currently I have had a devil of a time getting a simple repair finished I'm my bathroom. Due to the shower handle being replaced incorrectly, I have no hot water coming through my bathtub faucet. I have been filling a bucket with hot water, taking it to the tub and washing like it's the 1800s. It's been almost a week! I have ...called and called and sent messages to Bridge property management with no communication from them. I have never experienced this level of poor service at an apartment complex. Looks like I will have to call the health department at this rate.Property Manager Responded

I would recommend this property
January 20, 2017Every review I have ever read states the same issues; basically, there will be an issue with every complex. I have lived here since 2015 and when management changed and rates were raised, I panicked but this new staff is amazing. Ms. Nancy and Miriam have gone above and beyond in ways I can't explain. With this maintenance crew, there are no complaints. I have always had Tony come the same day, depending on the time I submit anything. Unfortunately when management changes ANYWHERE there are ...going to be bumps along the way. My only complaint is there is no grace period for rent payments; we don't all get paid on the 1st of the month, sometimes its the 5th or 6th and that makes a huge difference. However, that's where I have to be proactive with my money - its not easy. I do recall the water being out, the power being out, even the gas. The notification process is not 100% but I'm sure it will improve with time. I was disappointed that the car was didn't work when I moved here, I'm not sure if that's been repaired but it was one of the features that drew me. Kids from other complexes are going to 'hop the fence' and do things kids do but management can't control everything. I anticipate these types of issues anywhere I go. If I seem over the top positive, its because I am and very grateful for those ladies up front and maintenance. lighting on the back could be better but those 'hoping kids' probably bust the bulbs. There are real people in the office and if we approach them with respect then they will go the extra mile and then some. I've had my rants but was never judged or disrespected. Spacious Apartments, Affordable in Peachtree Corners
December 13, 2016I have been a resident at this complex for 9 years now. The complex recently changed ownership around July, which is awesome because they are doing great things to the community like renovated units and fixing the landscaping. The office staff are very helpful and understanding, and there are a lot of amenities you can actually use like the car wash, gas grills at the pool, and even a dog park. Ashford Lake Apartments - Home close to nature in Atlanta GA
October 5, 2015Compliments to management and staff who take care of us here at Ashford Lake Apartment Homes. With recent management changes we have seen improvements which have made the quality of life at the complex more pleasant. The regular facilities, the lounge, gym, tennis, volleyball & basketball courts, swimming pool, business centre, children’s play area, pet run-about, are all well looked after. The lighted fountains added in the lake, the benches repaired along the lake walk-about and around the ...pool, the replaced toilets to conserve water, improved security lighting; these are some of the more noticeable changes, and there have been others. When we first came to live here, after a few months I asked that the trash thrown in the lake be cleared up. For a long while it wasn't cleared; lo and behold, now it is done on a regular basis without needing to be requested!
