Beautiful apartment
October 29, 2021I just recently moved back home and I chose lakeside v. I chose this place for many reasons. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, the apartment its self is amazing; so much space and for a wonderful price for me and my family. I trust thier system for getting approved to live here. The apartment has a pool, which was a much for my child's "requirements" lol. Since I've been here, anytime an issue as arisen they get maintaince on it immediately. Excellent service and comfortable living
February 10, 2020My friend recommends it to me this place. I did not see anything before moving. It surprised me when I moved in: everything is pretty new, like carpet, fridge, wahser&dryer. Lakeside V is a good place to live, which is near to Lakdeside mall and lots of restaurants. It is a peaceful community. The customer service is nice and I like lady-Amy, who is helpful every time. The maintenance service is on time upon your request. Splendid Surprise
August 5, 2019Brand modern selections for the interior. Beyond spacious! Everyone who visits is shocked when they open the door because of how beautiful the layout is. Maintenance is fast and friendly. Best part is the staff! Very friendly with front office and even security. Mark is an absolutely outstanding manager. Amazing Rates, Questionable Parking
August 12, 2015This place is located conveniently in the city of Metairie, located 5 minutes from Lakeside mall, a few minutes from the Causeway Bridge, and everything is just so close. Pharmacy is a block away, my bank is two blocks away, the post office is 3 minutes away, dry cleaners around the block, etc... This building presents an amazing two bedroom layout, with one room having it's own walk-in closet and bathroom and the other room, although smaller, has access to another personal bathroom outside in ...the hall and with plenty of room for extra space in the den. The kitchen and the living room are pretty huge as well. Unlike many apartments in the surrounding New Orleans area, you have the option of choosing whichever cable provider you want. Any that work within this city all have signals that reach this building. Parking is something that definitely needs to be considered before moving here. Along both sides of the building stands two long drive-way-like structures for parking. Most cars are parked on either side and unless other cars aren't near yours, it's nearly impossible to turn around and drive out so you get a lot of practice driving backwards. You get one free visitors pass when you sign your lease, but be careful having more than one guest over. They're so strict about parking here, if you just leave another car (even in your own spot) for a few minutes, the tow trucks are circling around always looking. Also there is extra parking located along a fence across the street, but it fills up pretty quickly leaving the only option to park it a couple blocks away in the Bank of Louisiana parking lot, causing you to have to walk a few blocks just to get back home. It definitely makes it difficult for me to have guests over. Other than that these are great rates in a very convenient area close to all the different shops, businesses and restaurants within the area. If you can work something out with the parking situation then this place is highly recommended if you're looking in this particular area.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
