Great place to live
March 17, 2018I am so happy living here, me and my 4 boys live here and its been the best. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath. The bedrooms are so spacious, huge closets....I love the open floor plan. Another thing I recently expeirenced was my toilet leaking around 4pm and the next day they came out and fixed it. The maintence here are good workers. And the front office...love them. BEST APARTMENT COMPLEX IN KENNESAW
March 15, 2018This is by far the best apartment complex in Kennesaw Ga. The staff is very nice. Bridgett, yandy, Nicole. All of the maintenance handle your problems very quickly for the size of the complex. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE
September 5, 2016I moved into Lakeside Vista and had trouble from the start. Can not depend on the office to enforce any of the rules that are stated in the contracts. The gate is rarely closed (when they work) , trash is everywhere , dumpster is overflowing every week , kids are out of control ( starting fires, stealing fire extinguishers, standing and sitting in breezeways, vandalizing cars) just to name a few. The police are called out here at least once a day( I myself had the police over 3 times). I am ...out of here as soon as I find another place to live. September 19, 2015These apartments are nice, certain buildings are nice, certain buildings are FILTHY !! I believe management can do a FAR BETTER JOB, as far as maintaining the stairways, buildings etc.. keeping them clean and safe for ALL TENANTS !! Management should have rules for tenants as far as the stairway being a playground for children ! , Children Hanging in front of others tenants doors playing, and running , and beating on the buildings ! I am not a HAPPY TENANT !! Just like Management wants ...their rent on time, so I believe when a tenant calls and says there is an issue in their apartment, management should jump on it ASAP, Myself, and a few other tenants I know have put in maintenance requests, and 3 weeks later we still have the same issues in our aprtment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Needle in a Haystack
September 2, 2015I have been at Lakeside Vista for 6 months and I can remember when looking for a place things like location, schools, and price were the important factors. Well I have found that not only do they have spacious apartments, they give my kids great schools to attend, family entertainment and restaurants less then 4 minutes away, but my favorite is the price. Not only are they the best in the area, I am not sacrificing price for quality. So will I be renewing my lease? More then likely. My beautiful Apartment
August 21, 2015I love the location, space & the amenities are great. I've been at this location for 1yr & 3months. The price is affordable the neighbors are friendly & most importantly I feel safe. I live about 20mins away from the city of Atlanta, so I love the fact that the city is right at arms reach. Why I rated the apartment 4 out of 5 is because I'm really big on fitness & my complex gym equipment is out of date & most of the equipment doesn't work. If you have chlidren this complex has after school ...programs as well as summer programs & activities for the children. So far so good...
August 27, 2015We have been living here for less than a month now and so far it's been pretty pleasant. Upon move in very clean and everything is as promised considering we didn't view the available apartment until we moved in. Kitchen cabinet space is limited however you just gotta get creative. They make up for it in the bathrooms...very spacious. Overall the apartment is very warm and inviting with a NEW feel. The only exterior issue is there seems to be a bit of a trash problem. Lots of room
July 20, 2015Lakeside Vista is a fairly new and fairly clean complex. There is easy access to Highway 41 which can take you to 75 or 575. The rent is fairly inexpensive for the area. the apartments are roomy and are fairly well designed, though lacking in storage space. The tenants and the lack of constant (daily) care does make the area a little less clean, but is mostly due to the occupants not putting their trash away properly (leaving them on their car and letting them fall off), as well as the bin not ...being emptied as often as it should.
