March 12, 2021Several appliances break down and A/C has broken down countless time. They will not replace it and they charge and arm and a leg for rent. Also, management is no where to be found. Not worth it.Review from Apartments.com

July 18, 2020I was looking forward to moving in I’ve been at Lakeview almost 3 years when I saw town homes being build I was excited !!!! Ended up being a nightmare I paid my deposit since the units where being build. realtor didn’t bother telling me I can move in (paid deposit 3 months in advance) Welllll I move in the air is @93 and the maintenance guy never showed up I’ve been waiting since 5pmReview from Apartments.com

Great place
February 21, 2017I went by there loved the place was thinking about doing a 1 year lease, but as walked the property I noticed some of the tenants leave thier trash by the door and the concrete is all stained and it smells. Also it reaked of marijuana as i was walking on the sidewalk of building A and that silver lincoln looks bad it really brings down the property.Review from Apartments.com
