POOR management
April 12, 2021I have been lied to by multiple people in the office, Stacey, one of the managers, has a horrible attitude. There are so many things that have happened with the staff as well as the damages to the apartment when we moved in that I have had to contact corporate to get it all taken care of.Review from Apartments.com
Fine but don't move in on a weekend!!!
September 8, 2020Overall I really like it here. The maintenance folks are very responsive, and have fixed everything that has needed fixing! They have food trucks come fairly often which is fun! One warning, however. DO NOT MOVE IN ON A WEEKEND. They will slap you with a $50 utility vacancy fee for every day that you live there and the utilities are not turned on. I was able to start the electric, but the gas company would only start service on a weekday, so I wound up being charged the fee, even though ...there was absolutely nothing I could have done to get the gas turned on any earlier. So it was frustrating to have to pay that fee on top of all of the other move in fees. Other than that, I really like living here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrible management, okay community
November 4, 2019Don't waste your time here, the prices are a little intriguing, but that doesn't include the other 100$ in hidden fees EVERY month. Management is terrible, i have emailed, called, even texted and takes over a week to get back. UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, much worse than the last one! Kimberly, the lease manager is a joke. June 12, 2019Our apartment is one of the fortunate units that was updated with modern appliances and wood-styled floors, and it is all of that and more! Full-sized washer-dryer, ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms, walk-in closets, spacious rooms, and a new feel to the place, as opposed to the obvious age and decline of other complexes! But even nicer than the space, is the attention and friendliness, of the managers of the place! Both the Leasing Staff and the Maintenance Crew, are TOP NOTCH - ...concerns of any kind, issues or repairs, are completed that day or the next, by people who are superior at doing their jobs!! Add to all of this, some pretty lakes, a first class fitness room/clubhouse, and four pools/jacuzzis, on a 35 acre property near all kinds of shopping and restaurants, and you get a coveted, premier community! Awful!
September 27, 2017If we can give this place ZERO STARS WE WOULD!! My husband was supposed to move in on 9/28/17!! Brianchavarria! He just got a call from them 9/26/17 saying that our 3 bedroom apartment isn't ready to move in because everything in the apartment needs to be "fixed"at the moment!!!! And therefore we can't get our apartment anymore!! And they are barely telling him now with only days of him before already needing to move out of his current apartment !! Mind this that He was ALREADY APPROVED!! so ...again with literally 2 DAYS BEFORE OUR ACTUAL MOVE IN DAY THEY BARELY TELL HIM THAT THE APARTMENT ISNT READY?!!!Aren't you guys supposed to be on top of this ? PEOPLE RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!! THESE PEOPLE ARE COMPLETE MORONS !Don't EVER RENT HERE OR YOU BE OUT IN THE STREET WITH YOUR FAMILY! For the price they charge for there 3 bedroom it's Not even worth it!Property Manager Responded
September 29, 2017Hi Erica, the residents that were schuled to move out refused to vacate once the time came to turn in keys. This resulted in a legal matter that took longer that anyone could have anticiated. You were notified as soon as we were. Unforntunatly this is not something we could have foreseen. We did off er an alternate unit however the decision to cancel was ultimately made by the new resident. We are sorry that this happened and of course wish things would have happened differently. My apt. at Lakeview
January 21, 2016I have been here since Aug. of 2015 and absolutely love it. I have put in work orders and my concerns were addressed the very next day. The maint. staff and office staff are friendly and very helpful. Shania helped me with the paper work and is always there for any concern I might have. Overall the grounds are kept clean, my apt. location is just what I was looking for. My dog and I enjoy walking all the paths around the lakes and I have no problem with any of my neighbors, it is so nice and ...quiet here, the pools are great. October 10, 2015I just moved into Lakeview almost two months ago and I love it! My apartment was everything I expected it to be. I live in one of thr newly renovated models with vaulted sealings, faux wood flooring, dark wood cabinets with black appliances. Thr master bathroom even has double sinks. My only complaint would have to be that I'm still waiting for the outside light and an outlet that wasn't working when we moved in to be fixed.Review from Apartments.com
