    As a first time renter I had a lot of worries about finding somewhere to rent. I toured an apartment with Tina and I was really blown away by her sunny personality and her knowledge of the grounds. She did an excellent job explaining all of the costs involved with renting and I really enjoyed my tour with her. Lakewood itself is very upfront with pricing and the area is nice and quiet.

    The service is great along with the neighborhood. Called to see if rooms are able available. Tina did a excellent job at telling me what the availability is and helped me book in advanced. I had no issue they broke down everything for me, and had walked me through since its my first time renting.
