Cheap Rent, but would avoid
July 28, 2022The washing machines and dryers were always down, the front door would be broken at times where people could just enter the building, and dead cockroaches would be occasionally found in the stairwell. I would highly recommend avoiding the lakewood cliffs. I have called multiple times about the return of our security deposit and was told to speak to the Director of Operations. I called and left 3 messages, none of which he returned, until I finally called when he was in the office. Great Location & Management
February 8, 2021I have lived at Lakewood Cliffs for almost three years. Moving from out of town, I was surprised by the quality of the location. The lot is well maintained, as are common areas. The building is right off the Rocky River Metropark, two bus lines, and less than a mile from multiple grocery stores. Management is very accessible and responsive. They are quick to resolve any issues that arise. Lakewood has been an amazing place to live!Review from Apartments.com
